- Gin45 ml
- Cucumber Juice30 ml
- Lemon Juice15 ml
- Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg White1 pc
- Shiso Leaves3 pc

Instructions
Muddle shiso leaves gently. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Double strain into chilled glass. Garnish.
