Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Raspberry Syrup15 ml
- Lemon Juice22 ml
- Egg White30 ml

Instructions
Dry shake all ingredients vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled glass.
