Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml
- Elderflower Liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Ginger Syrup20 ml
- Yuzu Juice20 ml
- Egg White1 pc

Candied ginger slice or a thin yuzu peel

Instructions
Dry shake all ingredients vigorously to emulsify the egg white, then add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled glass.
