Ingredients

- Dry Red Wine (Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz)15 ml
- Lemon Juice30 ml
- Simple Syrup20 ml
- Egg White (optional)30 ml

Dry shake (if using egg white), shake with ice, strain into glass, float red wine on top.
