Instructions
Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with absinthe, discarding any excess. Muddle sugar cube with Peychaud's bitters in a mixing glass. Add rye whiskey and ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into the prepared glass. Express lemon peel oils over the drink and discard.
