Instructions

Separate egg yolks and whites. Beat yolks with sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add milk, cream, bourbon, and rum. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
