Ingredients
- Pisco60 ml
- Passion Fruit Puree30 ml
- Lime Juice30 ml
- Simple Syrup20 ml
- Egg White1 pc
Garnish
3 drops Angostura bitters or dehydrated passion fruit slice

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice (dry shake) to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
